Isidore and Lucy Savona, Longboat Key

"Great realtors, would highly recommend. Coming from out-of-state, Zain made the process so much easier than expected. He was patient, detail oriented, thorough, professional, and actually very nice to deal with throughout my search. Up until the closing, he kept the timeline moving so that it was a very orderly process. I would definitely recommend him to my family and friends if they chose to relocate here!! Great experience purchasing my home!! Zain also recommended service vendors which turned out to be helpful. Those that I used provided great service and were equally pleasant/nice!"

B. Davis, Sarasota

"Our overall experience with Hartman Real Estate & Company was indeed excellent. Since we had already moved out of state, it was comforting to know that Brooke & Zain were back in Sarasota handling all the aspects our sale & closing. They were always on top of every detail during entire process and kept us current with the latest information by numerous phone calls & emails. Aside from all the positive feedback we could give about their business, it's important to note that Brooke & Zain are just incredibly nice people with strong character who will always act in the best interest of their Clients. We would not hesitate to recommend Hartman Real Estate & Company to our closest family members and friends."
